FAQ
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
Scheduled and manual runs pause for the rest of your 30-day billing period and you'll see an upgrade prompt in the app. No surprise overage charges — we'd rather you upgrade on purpose. Your data stays intact; runs resume automatically when your period rolls over or you upgrade.
Annual billing is coming soon (with a ~17% discount). For now all plans bill monthly in USD via Stripe. If you need an annual invoice for procurement, email us and we'll arrange it manually.
Every paid plan (and Free) covers all 6 engines: ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), Perplexity, Grok (xAI), and Llama (Meta). One 'run' fans out to all 6 engines in parallel and counts as a single run against your quota.
The Free plan IS the trial — 5 prompts and 30 runs/month, forever, no credit card. Upgrade when you outgrow it. We don't do time-boxed trials because you shouldn't have to race a clock to evaluate a tracking tool.
Competitors are tracked at the brand level — each brand has its own competitor list. On Pro you can track up to 5 competitors per brand; Team unlocks unlimited competitors. Mentions of competitors in AI answers are extracted automatically alongside your own brand mentions.
Yes. When you set up a brand, you add its primary domain (e.g. yourcompany.com) and any known aliases. The site audit crawls that domain for robots.txt, sitemap, schema.org markup, and llms.txt — all features are available from the Free tier up.
USD billing via Stripe. Cards from anywhere — including HK and TW corporate cards — work cleanly at checkout, with FX handled by your bank. We picked Stripe specifically so HK/TW founders aren't second-class compared to teams using US-default ACH/SEPA flows. Native HKD/TWD billing is on the roadmap if there's demand.
